The All-on-Four concept uses a total of four implants to create a fixed tooth replacement solution. We inform our patients in a detailed preliminary consultation, which includes a preliminary examination (including medical history and DVT/digital volume tomography), in order to inform them in detail about the treatment. If necessary, we remove the teeth to be replaced and anchor the implants firmly in the jawbone. We perform this procedure under general anesthesia or light sedation, if desired. After implant placement, we perform a digital scan of the current situation.
The patient temporarily receives a fixed temporary denture. After the treatment, the patient can go home with this until the dental implants have grown in completely. We replace the temporary denture after about 3-6 months with the final fixed denture made with the help of the post-implant scan.
